How to export a doors module in Excel that preserves the color based on the attribute

I have a DOORS module that I applied colors based on the module attribute. How do I export in Excel that preserves the color?

Thanks,

Anita

Hi

If you have a range objRange, you can use

put(objRange, "Value", "SomeUsefulText");

This writes SomeUsefulText into an excel cell.

If you want to set colors, you have to use

    objRange.Interior.Color
    objRange.Interior.Pattern
    objRange.Interior.PatternColor

    objRange.Font.Color
    objRange.Font.Background
and some more

Have fun

Wolfgang

For example implementation look at Galactic Solutions Enchanced Export to Excel http://www.galactic-solutions.com/downloads/GalacticDownloadExcel.htm
